Smart City Risk Management Model of Sustainability Perspective
|
As cities become complex and grow, there are various demands for traffic, communication, security, health, quality of life, and etc. The government wants smarter management to solve these problems, and the city that develops through such management is called smart city. The types of risks that arise in smart cities in terms of resilience and sustainability are very diverse. In addition, the impact of the risk on smart cities also varies according to the conditions, circumstances, and time of the smart city. In this study, we propose a smart city risk management model to categorize the risks occurring in the smart city, prevent the risk from occurring in advance, and minimize the risk if the risk occurs. The proposed model classifies the risk of smart city as external risk and internal risk according to the place where it occurs, controllable risk and uncontrollable risk according to the possibility of control, and includes measures to ensure the resilience and sustainability of smart cities through risk prevention strategies and risk mitigation strategies.
